It most certainly is not my fault. I have been posting fitness regimens and tips/advice and nothing else here. What I posted in the other thread should stay in the other thread.

Its Scotty's fault for creating that thread in the first place.
 
Morning session today.

4 rounds
60 seconds rest between rounds

10 deep squats
15 calf raises
5 each leg forward lunge
5 each leg side lunge
10 dead lift
8 squat press
10 box jumps (no weight)

I was using 135 lbs.

Anyone ever dabbed in strength training? Use to quite a bit, but damn it is rough on the joints. Lean and mean is definitely the route to go.
