The funny thing about Serrano is he was a low 80's pitcher all through high school until his senior year. Then he went beast mode and starting hitting 95.

Crazy how that happens.. Played against a kid who threw 84 at 14. And 85 at 18.

Played with a kid who didn't pitch at all until we were 14. Was mid 90s at graduation and a 5th round pick.
