Verc I ate a damn(ed) man size burrito the other day. You'd a been proud.

Burritos (es?) might be the best-designed food delivery system on earth. I tried a new (to me) recipe for shrimp burritos for Cinco de Mayo that was the frigging tits. Nothing complicated but it was the happiest I've been with a meal I've made in awhile. Something magical about rice and beans and meat and cheese and spice in a handheld package.

I usually go with either a grilled chicken burrito bowl, but I went with the actual burrito last week and it was fabulous. Grilled chicken, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, black beans, lettuce, OMG!!!
