Where is everyone?

So anybody here a racing fan? I know little to nothing about it. I went once to a race in Richmond with my dad when I was probably in middle school and then my roommate at UT one year watched it so I would see it from time to time that way.

Reason I ask is I'm heading down to Charlotte tomorrow for a race on Saturday night and I have no real clue what I'm in store for. It's for a friend's bachelor party and we've apparently rented a 38 foot RV and will be staying in the infield Friday and Saturday night. Anybody ever done anything like that? Good time?
 
Basically just trying to figure out if it's a good time, or a redneck good time.
 
I've done it at Bristol. Redneck spring break is a better term. Not sure how Charlotte will be on a Sat night though
 
Redneck fun, but damn redneck fun can be a blast with enough booze and gimmick novelty clothing. Dress and act the part, Noch.

That's the All Star Race this weekend. And Charlotte is the Mecca for NASCAR. You'll have a blast.
 
Excellent, sounds good to me. I'm definitely fine with a redneck good time on occasion, just wasn't sure what we'd be in store for by staying in the infield in the RV.

GWN, what's the significance of the All Star race?

Not a damn thing really, except they break the race up into 3 segments and sometimes they'll reverse the entire field or do some other crazy stuff. It'll be fun, bro...I'm jealous.

Is Oktoberfest a good time, or a German good time?

Seems like it would be amazingly fun if you and the guys can cultivate the proper positive attitude for it. Gonna be a lot of tramp stamps, buttcracks, and Bob Seger. Puking up Busch onto asphalt until your eyeballs bleed. Plan ahead meticulously for your meals and you'll be rock solid.
 
Since it's a bachelor party, you guys should all go with various bald eagle T-shirts all weekend. Example:

One of the managers at my store is going through a divorce, and she's had "Leather and Lace" on repeat for the last 5 hours in her office. I get the grieving, and have never been through anything like that, but that song for 5 hours gives me a rage face something awful. I want to kill everything

I do love tramp stamps and I especially love Bob Seger so I'm sure I'll be aight.
 
Let me reiterate that I believe strongly that planning and acquisition of meals beforehand is the key to a great weekend. Pack that RV down with food.
