Chipper Jones: Hall of Famer?

I'd say that Chipper is a borderline case right now. He's got the MVP award and he had a run of 5-7 years where he was among the best 3rd basemen in the game, but right now he's about at Dale Murphy/Jim Rice level. He needs another couple of good years to remove any doubt.
